PROCESS
Cultivation

The Agave Tequila Weber of Gran Misterio comes from the Los Altos region of Jalisco and takes approximately 8 years to mature.
Cooking

The Piña is cooked in a careful process to transform it into simple sugars, which are separated from the piña using a pressurized water process.
Fermentation

The resulting sugars are fermented with high-quality Kosher yeasts to be transformed into alcohol.
Destillation

Once transformed into alcohol, a double distillation process is carried out. The first distillation takes place in a copper still, which enhances the flavor of the agave. The second is done in a steel still, which makes the tequila smooth and delicious.
